Rae Crowther Company CBS MaxPreps Herf Jones The North Carolina Athletic Directors’ Association will be meeting for our 39th Annual Conference on March 21-23, 2010 at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C. We expect more than 200 athletic administrators from throughout North Carolina to attend the 2010 Athletic Directors’ Conference. You have two choices to be part of the 2010 Trade Show. Vendors paying a $425.00 fee will be located in the Exhibit Area. Sponsors will receive preferred exhibit space and have the opportunity to attend additional conference functions and activities both at the Conference and at the summer ‘AD Breakfast in Greensboro’. There are a limited number of spaces available so please download and submit the Trade Show Registration Form as soon as possible.. This is an outstanding Trade Show and the Conference and a great opportunity for you to network with the best of the best. The Exhibit Hall and sponsor areas will be available for setup between 5:00-7:00pm on Sunday, March 21st. The Trade Show will close on Tuesday, March 23rd at12:00 noon. You will need to make your ROOM RESERVATIONS directly with the Grove Park Inn. For conference registration call 1-800-438-0050. Group code is 67h0ex and our room rate is $146.00 per night. A Conference Schedule will be sent upon receipt of your Trade Show payment. In order to ensure traffic throughout the Trade Show area, DOOR PRIZES will be given throughout the Conference. We would appreciate your assistance by providing gifts for the door prize drawings and also for the golf outing on Tuesday. All donations will be gratefully acknowledged. Tommy Peacock will serve as your contact person during the conference.
