Congratulations to Ronnie Chavis for being selected as the National Association for Sport and Physical Education (NASPE) Southern District Athletic Director of the Year. You exemplify the highest standard of your profession and have made outstanding contributions to your school and community in the Lumberton area.

We are pleased to honor your accomplishments. We look forward to your participation in the 2009 National Convention of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD) in Tampa, Florida March 31 through April 4 where we will honor you and five other district winners from around the country as well as Hall of Fame inductees to the NASPE Presidential Hall of Fame.

Again Ronnie, congratulations on being selected as the Southern District Athletic Director of the Year. You have made a tremendous impact on your community and the profession of athletic administration. Thanks for all you continue to do and the leadership you provide.
